Thursday 10 October

Community gardening event

10am to 1pm

Meet at Moulsecoomb train station, Moulsecoomb campus

Join us for a morning of gardening at the Macmillan Horizon Centre's community garden. The centre provides support for people living with cancer and their families, and the gardens are an important part of this.

You would be carrying out a range of gardening activities and a free packed lunch is provided. !

This event is organised by Active Student, the university's volunteering service.

蜜柚社区 Student Skills Hub are running transition sessions for new international students, one for new postgraduate students and one for new undergraduate students.

Culture shock toolkit

Our is an interactive resource to help you think about culture in general and anticipate some of the differences you might encounter while in the UK. It also has information on how to manage culture shock and access support if needed.
